Remain calm and level-headed in the face of medical emergencies. Remain empathetic and caring throughout the day. Multi-task Safely interact with our patients that are waiting for their appointment. Regularly make detailed and accurate additions to medical files and other inhouse hospital documents. Receive prescription diet and medication requests over the phone and handle each according to hospital protocols. Review medications and treatment recommendations with clients during invoicing time. Educate clients about our services and products. Market the practice over the phone to potential clients. Accurately admit and discharge patients from the practice according to hospital protocol.
